ASBO LEGAL is a law office headed and managed by Advocate Abhinav Sharma.

Advocate Abhinav Sharma is a first generation lawyer and is currently the Managing Head of Asbo Legal and practices in Delhi and Chandigarh. He is a law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He is also a graduate Engineer from National Institute of Technology (NIT).

Abhinav started his litigation practice with a Supreme Court Advocate where he gained experience in different fields of law before starting his independent practice. He sincerely believes in having a thorough grounding in different aspects of law before proceeding towards specialization.

Abhinav has handled and argued cases such as pertaining to real estate, criminal law, CBI matters, economic offences, service law, arbitrations, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, labor, SARFAESI, Consumer, RERA, matrimonial, writ petitions, Special Leave Petitions etc and appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi and Punjab and Haryana and various courts/tribunals in Delhi and Punjab. He is also an empaneled advocate. Abhinav also has reported judgments to his name. He has delivered lectures on different aspects of law as well.

After completing his Bachelors in Technology from National Institute of Technology, he has worked with a multi-national company before deciding to pursue law. He has successfully qualified the All India Bar Examination and holds a certificate of practice from the Bar Council of India. Abhinav is also a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association.
